The Old Town Playhouse MainStage Theatre seats approximately 370 people and MainStage productions have reserved seating. The theatre is located at 141 E. 8th Street, Traverse City, Michigan.

Studio Theatre performances are held at the Studio Theatre at the Depot, located at 620 Railroad Place on the corner of E. 8th Street and Woodmere Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan. Seating for Studio productions is generally 55-75 persons and is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seating for OTP Young Company productions are based on a first-come, first-served basis.

Season tickets are available each summer for MainStage and Studio Theatre productions. Single tickets are available approximately eight weeks prior to each production opening.
